We are looking for a dedicated, multi-skilled, and energetic E-commerce Executive to handle our online business operations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will manage everything from product listing and account health to order processing and safe product packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing &
- Cataloging:

Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-resolution images, and relevant keywords across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

- Account Management: Monitor and maintain overall e-commerce account health, manage ratings and reviews, and ensure compliance with platform policies.

- Order Management: Track daily incoming orders, process them efficiently, and ensure timely dispatch within the platform SLA (Service Level Agreement).

- Inventory &

- Stock Tracking:

Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent out-of-stock issues and update inventory status across channels.

- Packaging &

- Dispatch:

Ensure secure, high-quality, and neat packaging of products to prevent transit damage,



and label them correctly for courier pickup.

- Pricing &

- Promotions:

Analyze competitor pricing, set competitive prices, and manage discounts or promotional campaigns.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Proven experience or a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).

- Basic computer skills (proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, internet navigation).

- Strong attention to detail, especially during the packaging and labeling process.

- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply (experience will be given preference).

- Work Location: Adajan, Surat

- Salary: ₹6,000 to ₹12,000 per month

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
