About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management / E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and analytical skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in growing within the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce orders, returns, and operational activities.
- Monitor and maintain product inventory and ensure accurate operational data.
- Prepare daily reports and provide regular updates to the Team Lead.
- Analyze operational data, costs, and processes to support business efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and streamline operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and logistics operations.
- Communicate regularly with Team Leads, executives, and management regarding operational requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and logistics functions.
- Contribute to short-term and long-term operational goals.




- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, Business Operations, Order Management, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and order processing.
- Ability to monitor orders, returns, inventory, and prepare reports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.

Work Schedule Rotational Shifts – 8 Hours The shift will rotate on a monthly basis:

- Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Day: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Note: Candidates must be flexible to work extended hours when required based on business requirements. Weekly Off: 1 day per week, except Sunday.
