Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible E-Commerce Assistant to manage and coordinate our online marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Toolsvilla, GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Instagram, Facebook and IndiaMART. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers in English and handling day-to-day online sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and other details on Amazon, Flipkart, Toolsvilla, GeM, and IndiaMART.
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, messages, and complaints professionally.
- Communicate with clients in English through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate with the production, packing, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
- Keep product listings updated with correct specifications, prices, stock availability, and images.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, order reports, and marketplace records.
- Follow up with customers and marketplace leads received through IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Handle GeM tenders, bids, orders, and related marketplace activities as required.
- Monitor seller account performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams regarding account, order, payment, or listing-related issues.




- Maintain proper records of online enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.

Required Skills
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Toolsvilla, GeM, and IndiaMART.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Solid computer and internet skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplace accounts.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Candidates with experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience handling Amazon/Flipkart/GeM/IndiaMART accounts.
- Experience in product listing and online marketplace management.
- Experience dealing with customers over phone and email in English.
- Experience with industrial, commercial, stainless-steel, kitchen equipment, or hardware products will be an added advantage.
