TCS is hiring Pharmacovigilance /n Location – Mumbai /n Responsibilities: /n Case Intake, Data enter, Quality review information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data entry conventions for any questions while entering the data. /n Preferred experience in ARISg, LSMV, NavaX database. /n Minimum experience of more than 2 years in Pharmacovigilance. /n Carry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab. /n Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team lead. /n Identify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time. /n Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead. /n Provide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead. /n Escalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time. /n Participate in regular team meetings. /n Participate in Client interactions and telecon if required.. /n Escalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time. /n Participate in regular team meetings. /n Participate in Client interactions and telecon if required. /n Thanks and Regards, /n Archana Dayapulle (TCS HR)
