About Drone PortDrone Port is building India’s largest drone network — through Drone Stations in villages, Drone Parks in districts, and the Drone Port hub.

The roleWe are looking for responsible, technically capable Drone Pilots to operate company-assigned drones from our Drone Stations.

The role begins with agricultural drone operations — crop spraying and related field services. As the network expands, pilots gain opportunities across other professional drone operations.

Key responsibilities

- Operate agricultural drones safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Perform assigned agricultural spraying operations
- Follow company SOPs and applicable drone regulations
- Maintain drones, batteries and operational equipment
- Record flight, acreage and daily operational details
- Coordinate professionally with farmers and field teams
- Report technical issues, incidents and equipment damage
- Maintain safety, discipline and service quality

Eligibility

- Any Degree — our primary intake. (Freshers or Experienced degree holders Passed out since 2022 onwards)
- Both men and women can apply
- Tamil reading AND speaking — mandatory. The whole job runs in Tamil: with farmers, on paper, over the phone

- Aged 21 to 35
- Basic smartphone and communication skills
- Willing to work in field conditions and travel as required




- Drone pilot certification or licence preferred — freshers are welcome through our training and selection programme
- Resident of Tamil Nadu

- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month. Performance and incentive opportunities may be available. Actual compensation depends on qualification, certification, experience, location and company policy
- DGCA-approved drone training combined with your pilot licence (Remote Pilot Certificate) — we train you and certify you as a drone pilot
