Job Responsibilities:

- Review and execute short and medium-term supply optimization plans based on customer demand and communicate outcomes across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to inventory stocking policies for trade goods down to SKU level, including safety stock and order quantities.
- Monitor process order On Time, In Full (OTIF) metrics to assess plan quality and efficiency.
- Manage and track IC-STO (Intercompany Stock Transfer Orders).
- Coordinate supply plan execution with the ISC Organization, managing exceptions with demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with the ISC Organization to ensure production capabilities are accurately reflected in forecasts.
- Communicate blocked stock situations proactively to the ISC organization.
- Determine appropriate inventory replenishment models to balance service, cost, and inventory objectives using Arkieva Inventory Module.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Analyze demand patterns and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align supply plans.
- Maintain Arkieva and SAP master data relevant to supply and inventory planning processes.




- Ensure process quality and accuracy for NUSAP (Recent SKU Creation).
- Maintain accuracy of inventory data, lead times, and replenishment parameters to enable informed decision-making.
- Analyze supply chain processes for inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and optimization.
- Manage supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and business objectives.

Education & Experience:

- Postgraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
- APICS Certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
- Proven capability to analyze large datasets (cross-references, trends, and forecasts).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional levels.
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or Arkieva (or equivalent ERP/Planning software).
- Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete projects proactively.
