Overview

Looking for a Draftsman that translates raw design concepts, architectural hand sketches, and engineering specifications into exact, detailed technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

- 1. Technical Drafting: Prepare 2D CAD drawings, 3D models, floor plans, elevations, structural layouts, and cross-sections based on rough sketches and designer notes.

- 2. Drawing Revisions: Update existing plans and blueprints to reflect design modifications, client feedback, or field change orders.

- 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to resolve spatial conflicts and clarify design details.

Requirements

- 1. Education: certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, Architecture, or Engineering.

- 2. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, structural engineering schematics, and construction documentation.
