Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across India. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of IT technologies, and experience working with job portals and skilled networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and location.
- Conduct initial screening and technical/HR screening of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and closure targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring IT requirements.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
- Strong Boolean search and keyword search skills.
- Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred
- Experience in IT staffing/consulting or recruitment agencies.
- Experience handling multiple clients and bulk IT hiring.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
