- Own the entire lifecycle of a cohort of learners, from enrolment to program completion, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
- Act as the first point of contact for participants, addressing queries and providing support across all program offerings in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with participants, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
- Drive Program Office responsibilities, including scheduling and delivering program activities such as online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, and presentations, engaging with internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, and industry professionals.
- Monitor, diagnose, and implement interventions to improve participant performance and engagement throughout the program journey.
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness by identifying, developing, and implementing processes for effective and effective program management.
