Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DME Billing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in DME billing and charge posting. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of DME billing workflows, insurance requirements, HCPCS coding, and claim preparation.

Experience with NikoHealth and knowledge of Accounts Receivable will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely charge posting for DME claims.
- Review patient, provider, insurance, and order information before posting charges.
- Enter and validate HCPCS/CPT codes, modifiers, units, rental information, and billed amounts.
- Ensure charges are posted according to payer and billing guidelines.




- Review documentation and supporting information required for claim submission.
- Identify and resolve charge posting errors, missing information, and billing discrepancies.
- Verify insurance information and coordinate with the billing/AR team when issues are identified.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting daily charge posting targets.
- Work on claim corrections and coordinate with other departments when required.
- Follow established DME billing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Assist the AR team with claim-related issues and provide necessary billing information for follow-up.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
