Position: Dispatch Officer

Location: Daman

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatch planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Handle dispatch entries and documentation in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement,



and MIS reports.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, quantity verification, and documentation before dispatch.
- Handle dispatch-related discrepancies and customer/transport queries.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Required Qualification:

- Any Graduation

Salary: Upto 3.60 LPA
