Role Description The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for organizing and assigning loads to drivers, monitoring routes via GPS, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries.

The Dispatch

Coordinator communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide status updates, and maintain high service standards. Daily tasks include managing dispatch schedules, handling shipment bookings, performing accurate data entry in dispatch systems, and supporting temperature and load tracking processes.



The position also involves responding to time-sensitive requests, prioritizing multiple tasks, and contributing to efficient, safe, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong dispatching skills, including load planning, route coordination, and real-time scheduling.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skilled multi-tasker abilities to prioritize time-sensitive loads and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess accurate data entry skills and familiarity with dispatch or logistics software and GPS-based tracking tools.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in transportation or logistics coordination, knowledge of freight operations, and understanding of refrigerated and dry cargo handling.
- Additional desired qualifications include strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliability in shift-based environments, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
