? Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales Strategy & Business Development - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wedding and conference segment.

✅ Market Research & Client Acquisition - Identify potential clients, establish partnerships, and grow the business in the luxury hospitality sector.

✅ Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, event organizers,



and travel agents.

✅ Team Leadership - Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.

✅ Travel & Networking - Willingness to travel for business development and networking opportunities.

✅ Revenue Management - Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
