Role Description The Director of Marketing and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen NUDGE Asia’s brand, drive new business, and deepen relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning and positioning, guiding campaign development, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring alignment between creative, digital, experiential, and production teams.

The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, leading pitches and proposals, building strategic partnerships,



and tracking performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions. The director will mentor and manage team members, collaborate with senior leadership on long-term vision, and represent NUDGE Asia at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in strategic Marketing and Marketing Management to design and execute comprehensive brand and business growth plans.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and business development to generate leads, close opportunities, and build sustainable client partnerships.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams within an agency or brand environment, ideally in creative, experiential, or alcobev sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with KPIs, ROI, and marketing budget management.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate effectively with production houses across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
