Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our plant maintenance team. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted factory operations by handling electrical upkeep, troubleshooting control circuits, and maintaining electrical panels for our home textile machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform regular checks and rapid troubleshooting of plant electrical systems, control panels, motors, and drives to minimize production downtime.

- Circuit & Panel Troubleshooting: Inspect and rectify electrical faults using multimeters, wiring schematics, and control logic diagrams.

- Root Cause Analysis:



Systematically diagnose recurring electrical or sensor failures to implement permanent solutions.

- Utility & Machinery Support: Assist in maintaining plant utilities (lighting, compressors, etc.) and ensure seamless electrical integration for textile machinery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or a solid technical background with proven electrical troubleshooting experience, such as automotive electrical/diagnostic technicians).

- Skills: Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, testing circuits, and logical fault-finding.

- Suitability: Adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn industrial electrical systems and textile machinery architecture.
