Position : Digital Product Manager

Location : Kolkata

Responsibilities :

▪Design, develop & implement the technology stack for the Supply Chain planning process.

▪Work collaboratively with business, cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business and implement solutions by 3rd party vendors to digitally transform business processes.

▪Translate business requirements into a software blueprint and work with vendors connecting all subprocesses in Supply chain planning like Demand, Dispatch, Production.

▪Learn and develop technical skill-set in Blue Yonder (Supply Chain) platform. Should get certified across the supply chain modules of BY platform. Should acquire good working knowledge to write SQL scripts.

▪Take ownership to correct any type of data related issue whether master data or transaction data in collaboration with DW/ Business/ IT team. Ensure strong master data management practices.

▪For demand & inventory norms, ensure that the demand plan along with inventory norms are entered correctly and handhold users.

▪For dispatch plan, ensure that the STOs generated by BY tool flow automatically to SAP for execution. Handhold users wherever necessary.

▪For production & procurement plan, ensure that optimised production & procurement run happens based on available capacity. Week-wise production plan is visible to the users. Handhold users wherever necessary.





▪Drive major KPIs like Forecast accuracy, Dispatch plan adherence, Production plan adherence, increase direct dispatches, etc

▪Other KPIs - Number of tools, customizations or features launched, Number of bugs identified and improved upon, Software uptime, query time & response time, Software enabled improvement in procurement time, quality or effectiveness through any key metric

▪End-to-end digitalization of the Product Life Cycle Mgmt (PLM) process for introducing a new product right from conceptualization, setting up RFQ process flow, Cost estimation, APQP, E-BOM, M-BOM, SAP Integration, etc.

Qualification Required :

▪B.E./B.Tech (must) + MBA(preferred) with Masters/Certification in Supply Chain preferred.

▪4-5 yrs work experience preferred

Required Skills:

▪Knowledge of SQL preferred, SAP MM module preferred.

▪Should have technical implementation and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder. Additionally, technical knowledge of any PLM product implementation is desirable.

▪Strong problem solver with ability to work with multiple teams, stakeholders.

▪Proven ability in clearly communicating complex solutions

▪Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting in a explicit, timely, and professional manner

▪Excel in team collaboration and working with others from diverse skill-sets and backgrounds
