Job Summary

ProPlus Logics Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Manage LinkedIn company pages and marketing activities.

Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.

Handle social media marketing activities for clients.

Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and backlink building.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with content and creative teams.

Analyse competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.

Optimise campaigns based on performance and business objectives.

Required Skills





Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Robust knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

Good knowledge of SEO and backlink building.

Experience in lead generation and campaign optimisation.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Experience in a service-based company or digital marketing agency is preferred.

Qualification

Any degree with relevant Digital Marketing experience.

Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
