Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Meta Ads

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Requirement: Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh+ per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid acquisition, campaign optimization, lead generation, audience targeting and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh or more.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions and return on ad spend.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4,



Google Tag Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of practical experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience independently managing ₹1 lakh+ monthly ad budgets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing and funnels.
- Experience with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel/CAPI is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of lead-generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Preferred: Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual campaign results, including budgets managed, CPL/CPA improvements, lead volumes, conversions and ROAS achieved.

Pay: ₹10,074.94 - ₹150,000.00 per month
