Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, build engaging content, and support the brand’s overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Create visually engaging creatives and presentations using Canva.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for social media and digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, engagement, and community management.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring.
- Track social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve content and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements





- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Positive proficiency in Canva and creative content design.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop fresh content ideas and turn them into engaging social media content.
- Good understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role will be preferred.

Someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of social media and digital marketing activities from idea to execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
