About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our social media presence, content planning, branding, paid campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Handle regular social media posting, scheduling and content coordination.
- Develop content ideas aligned with the brand, campaigns and business objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity and online presence.
- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify new content and advertising opportunities.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies — knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research and technical SEO will be an advantage.




- Work with a React.js-based website for basic SEO/content-related updates and coordinate with developers where required.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Content Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of branding and digital content.
- Ability to create and manage structured content calendars.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- SEO knowledge is a solid plus.
- Experience working with or understanding React.js websites will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, creativity and ownership of work.
