Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead the sales of digital marketing services and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve digital marketing sales targets.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their digital marketing requirements.
- Pitch and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, Branding, and Performance Marketing.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
- Monitor sales performance,



conversion rates, revenue, and pipeline.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Digital Marketing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com., BA, BCA, B.Sc., B.Tech. or relevant discipline may also be considered.

Pay: ₹14,534.53 - ₹59,152.88 per month
