Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi , Kerala

Reports to: Management/Business Development Manager

Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified business leads, support sales activities, and expand the company's presence across digital platforms.

The role will work closely with the Business Development and Management teams to identify target markets, develop effective marketing campaigns, generate leads, monitor campaign performance, and support overall business growth.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Engineering, Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, EPC, or other technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support business growth and brand visibility.
- Manage SEO/SEM, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing.
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns and support the Business Development team with qualified leads.
- Manage website content, SEO, blogs, landing pages, and other digital marketing activities.
- Create and manage marketing content for LinkedIn, website, email, brochures, and other platforms.
- Monitor website, social media,



and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Use AI and digital marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams for marketing requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, digital marketing platforms, or AI marketing tools will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is preferred.
- Experience in Engineering, Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, EPC, or other technical industries will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
