Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Noida.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will manage and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on building brand awareness and driving customer engagement for Kanpeki Care’s skincare products. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing social media strategies, creating and optimizing digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve results.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging, overseeing online promotions, and staying informed about trends in beauty, skincare, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and platform analytics.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, inclusive messaging and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or consumer products industry is beneficial.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic content creation (copy and visuals) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
