- Own demand generation strategy across five brands, each with a different buyer motion covering IT services, product engineering, ecommerce services, premium creative, and consumer food tech.
- Build messaging and campaign angles rooted in buyer psychology, focused on why people actually buy, not just what we sell.
- Position and market our technology services and products with real credibility, able to speak to what we actually build and deliver rather than relying on generic marketing language.
- Direct and brief specialists across paid media, SEO, and design rather than execute channels personally
- Own quarterly marketing planning per brand, aligned to each brand's specific demand motion
- Lead content and thought leadership direction for EvinceDev's consulting and product positioning
- Build cross brand demand reporting tied to CAC and conversion, not vanity metrics
- Coordinate with sales teams to align demand generation with sales motion
- Some brands, including EvinceDev's own site, are mid build. You will help shape public positioning, not just execute against an existing playbook

Must Have Skills

- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated demand generation results,



able to show what was built and what it produced.
- Strong grounding in consumer and buyer psychology, and behavioral decision making applied to real campaigns
- Solid understanding of the difference between marketing an IT services business, which is relationship driven with longer sales cycles, and a product business, which is usage driven with a different funnel, and the ability to run both simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategy and results to founders and stakeholders Solid understanding of customer behaviour, target audience, market trends, and competitors across B2B and B2C contexts

- Stay up to date with the latest marketing industry trends, digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Creative and Analytical thinker - come up with ideas and be innovative and also notice patterns in data and reports.
- Confident, Fluent and knowledgeable.
