: Digital Marketing Intern

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

Develop and monitor campaign budgets and forecasts while optimising media spend

Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation to improve campaign performance

Channel Management

Lead paid media activities across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms

Oversee SEO performance and coordinate technical improvements

Execute email marketing campaigns and CRM-led customer journeys

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and report on campaign performance using ROI and KPI metrics

Analyze consumer behavior trends and implement insights into marketing strategies

Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor site traffic and user experience

Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Work with and manage teams of writers, content creators, and marketing stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages

Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendor partners

Support cross-functional alignment with sales and commercial teams

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising positions

Proven track record leading SEO/SEM, social media,



and display advertising campaigns

Has proficiencies in paid marketing, running ads and has AI-led marketing knowledge.

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics

Experience with ad serving tools and Google Ads optimisation

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms

Core Competencies

Robust analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and creating engaging campaigns

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
