About the RoleMidgrow is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants practical exposure to different areas of digital marketing while working on real client projects and campaigns.

This role is suitable for someone who is curious about how businesses grow online and wants to learn beyond just posting on Instagram. You will work closely with the Founder and core team and get exposure to areas such as social media, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, research and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities for Midgrow and client brands
- Conduct market, competitor and audience research
- Support social media and content marketing activities
- Assist with keyword research and basic SEO tasks
- Research content ideas, trends and growth opportunities
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads research, campaign setup and reporting
- Help monitor campaign and content performance
- Prepare basic marketing reports and maintain trackers
- Assist with lead generation and outreach research when required
- Support the team with presentations, campaign ideas and marketing strategies
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and platforms

Skills We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Interest in social media, SEO, paid advertising and content marketing
- Good research and analytical skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google platforms




- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic reporting
- Basic Canva knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple types of marketing tasks

- Must be available for a full time onsite internship for 3 months
- Must be able to work from our Indore office, Monday to Saturday
