We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Growth Head who can take complete ownership of our D2C & e-commerce growth engine — from performance marketing and Shopify to brand building, social media and customer retention.

? What You’ll Own

D2C & E-Commerce Growth: Drive online revenue, customer acquisition, retention and overall digital growth.

Performance Marketing: Plan, execute and scale Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversions and revenue.

Shopify: Strong knowledge of Shopify, website optimisation, conversion funnels, analytics and e-commerce operations.

AI-First Marketing: Must actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms for strategy, research, content, creatives, analysis and automation.

Social Media: Own social media strategy, content planning, engagement, growth and community building.

Creative & Brand Building: Develop solid campaigns, creative concepts, brand communication and growth-led content.

WhatsApp Marketing: Experience with tools such as Interakt, AiSensy or similar platforms for automation, campaigns, retention and remarketing.

Growth Strategy:



Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with creatives, audiences, funnels, offers and channels.

Analytics & Optimisation: Track performance, identify what’s working and continuously improve campaigns and the overall customer journey.

Understands the complete journey: Creative → Ad → Website → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat Customer.

Is highly data-driven but also has a strong creative and brand mindset.

Can independently build and execute growth strategies.

Is curious, proactive and constantly experiments with new AI tools, marketing trends and growth opportunities.
