Competitive Cracker is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty to train and mentor students with practical, industry-oriented digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical digital marketing training sessions.
- Teach core areas including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Provide practical guidance through real-world examples and case studies.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Mentor students on digital marketing careers and industry expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and practices.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve course content and delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Practical experience in Digital Marketing.




- Good knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust teaching and mentoring abilities.

Preferred

- Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer/Faculty.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certifications.
- Experience handling digital marketing campaigns or projects.

Candidate Preference

- Preference will be given to Kerala-based candidates.
