We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing, lead generation, social media, and building brands digitally. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic workplace with exposure to business owners, coaches, and entrepreneurs across India and globally.

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate and manage quality leads through paid and organic digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital creatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and engagement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting,



and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.

- Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Must be currently based in Gurugram/Gurgaon.
