Digital Marketing Executive – Reels & Content

We’re looking for a creative and curious fresher to join our digital marketing and content team in the Real Estate / PropTech space.

This role is primarily about creating content, especially Reels and short-form videos, growing social media presence, and understanding what content actually works.

You will be involved in the complete content cycle:

Research → Content Ideas → Create → Publish → Track → Analyze → Improve

What you’ll do• Research Indian real estate topics, news, trends, projects, builders, cities, and compelling data points.

- Find topics that can attract buyers, investors, builders, and real estate professionals.
- Develop Reel ideas, hooks, storylines, and content angles.
- Create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Turn real estate information and insights into simple, engaging content.
- Use Canva, CapCut, AI tools, templates, screen recordings, graphics, and other available tools to create content.
- Manage the content calendar and publish content consistently.
- Write basic captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Track content performance — views, reach, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth, clicks, etc.
- Understand which topics, hooks, formats, and content styles are performing well.
- Experiment with different content formats and continuously improve future content based on data.

What we’re looking forFreshers are welcome.

You should:

• Be genuinely interested in Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and social media.

• Have a creative and curious mindset.

• Understand what makes short-form content interesting.

• Have good communication and basic writing skills.

• Be comfortable learning new tools, including AI-powered content tools.

• Be willing to learn about Indian real estate.

• Have a basic understanding of social media analytics.

• Be comfortable researching topics independently and coming up with content ideas.

Good to have• Experience running or growing a social media page.

- Experience creating Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI content-generation tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing.
- Interest in real estate, business, startups, technology, finance, or data.

Ideal candidateSomeone who enjoys social media + content + learning, is curious about real estate and business, likes experimenting with Reels and AI tools, and wants to learn how content can actually build an audience and a brand.
