Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Ranchi.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ROOTBASE’s smart-class and edutech solutions across online platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring web analytics, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. The role involves coordinating with the content and technology teams to align marketing messages with product features, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Executive will also engage with educational institutions and stakeholders through digital communication to strengthen ROOTBASE’s presence in the edutech market.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns tailored to the education and technology sectors.
- Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication for digital channels and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, creating posts, and growing engagement on major platforms.
- Experience with Web Content Writing, developing clear and engaging content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with edutech trends, virtual reality, or interactive learning solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ranchi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
