Job Overview: We seek a energetic and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing funnels, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance data to fuel our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, bookings, footfall, and sales.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Monitor website performance, tracking, pixels, UTMs, and coordinate on landing page/CRO improvements.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, designers, and editors for timely campaign execution and error-free creative closure.
- Maintain campaign trackers, performance reports, ad references,
and key learnings.
Qualifications:
- Seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional with 2-5years of experience in managing and executing successful online campaigns
- Proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google ads, meta ads, GA4, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
