Profile: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary coordinator between the company and external vendors/agencies handling SEO, Social Media, Website Development, and CRM.
- Coordinate with vendors for monthly planning, task execution, campaign launches, content, SEO activities, website updates, and CRM enhancements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks, resolve issues, and maintain proper communication.
- Coordinate with management for creative, campaign, content, and digital activity approvals before implementation.
- Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, backlinks, website traffic, social media performance, lead generation, and campaign results.
- Prior experience in coordinating vendors for designing exhibitions stalls and all related media Files -exhibition e-invites, updating / creating brochures, visiting cards etc,.
- Coordinate social media calendars, creatives, posting schedules, and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
- Ensure the company website is regularly updated with product information, banners, content, and required improvements.
- Monitor CRM-related activities and coordinate with vendors for data updates, workflow modifications,



system improvements, and user support.
- Prepare and review monthly digital marketing reports and provide concise performance updates and improvement suggestions to management.
- Maintain proper records of vendor communication, approvals, campaigns, reports, and completed activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Management, and CRM.
- Strong coordination and vendor-management skills with excellent English communication.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple activities independently.
- Ability to follow up effectively and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

Software / Tools Knowledge Candidate should have working knowledge of:

WordPress, Canva, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, SEO Tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
