Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at FINE Global HR in Kochi. In this role, you will plan and execute social media campaigns, design engaging content, manage paid advertising, and help grow our online presence across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Ads Management: Design, run, and optimize targeted Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising) to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Use Canva and other design tools to produce eye-catching graphic and video content for campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage social media handles, curate content calendars, and ensure active community engagement across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor campaign metrics using basic digital marketing tools and analytics to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Brand Communication: Draft compelling marketing copy and engage directly with potential clients across digital channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in running and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva with a portfolio/demonstrated capability in creative content design.
- Strong fundamentals in overall digital marketing strategies and social media management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn recent trends.
