Position - Digital Learning Associate – Gyanodaya

Basic Profile of the Position

Support the Gyanodaya team in designing, developing, coordinating and executing digital learning initiatives and learning solutions for ABG businesses and employees.

The role will involve working closely with Program Directors, Learning Partners, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of digital learning programs and a high-quality learner experience.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Digital Learning Coordination

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Learning Partners and external vendors for digital learning programs.
- Support end-to-end execution of digital learning initiatives, including planning, content readiness, learner communication, launch and post-program activities.
- Coordinate timelines and ensure that digital learning interventions are delivered as per agreed schedules.
- Support learner enrolment, communication, participation and completion tracking.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for digital learning platforms, virtual sessions and other technology-enabled learning interventions.
- Maintain records and reports related to digital learning programs.

2. Digital Learning Content & Learning Design
- Understand the learning objectives and target audience for assigned programs and support the development of appropriate digital learning solutions.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Partners to convert business and learning requirements into engaging digital learning content.
- Support development/review of e-learning modules, digital learning assets, videos, presentations,



assessments, quizzes and other learning resources.
- Review digital content for accuracy, quality, learner relevance and alignment with the intended learning objectives.
- Support the application of appropriate learning design principles for digital and blended learning interventions.
- Understand and apply the Gyanodaya Learning Framework (GLEAM) wherever applicable to assigned programs.

3. Digital Learning Platforms & Learner Experience
- Support administration and coordination of digital learning platforms/LMS for assigned programs.
- Ensure learning content, participant details, assessments and other relevant resources are uploaded and available as required.
- Monitor learner participation, completion and engagement and highlight gaps to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate resolution of learner/platform-related issues with internal teams and technology/service partners.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the digital learner experience.

4. Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Track participation, completion, assessment and other relevant learning metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS and dashboards related to digital learning programs.
- Analyse learner data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support reporting on the effectiveness and impact of digital learning interventions.




- Maintain appropriate documentation and records for assigned programs.

5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Interact with Senior Managers, business stakeholders, Learning Partners and Subject Matter Experts.
- Coordinate with external digital learning/content development partners and vendors.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of content, approvals and other program requirements.
- Support communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders and programs.

Other Requirements The candidate should have:

- An aptitude and interest in Learning & Development and digital learning.
- Experience in supporting or executing digital learning, e-learning, LMS or blended learning initiatives.
- Understanding of learning design and ability to translate learning requirements into appropriate digital learning solutions.
- Experience in interacting with Senior Managers, business stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously and manage timelines effectively.
- A learner-centric approach with solid attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements and identify the right learning solution for the target audience.
