PRIZOR AITech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, data-driven decision-making, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated Digital, ATL & BTL marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive SEO, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, and Content Marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, colleges, communities, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, events, exhibitions, workshops, launches, and brand activations.
- Manage CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, including engagement, retention, feedback, and reactivation campaigns.
- Monitor and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
- Manage website and landing-page optimization to improve traffic,



lead generation, and conversion.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign data, and prepare MIS, ROI, and performance reports. • Support marketing budget management, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots and marketing content production.
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve content creation, campaign management, analytics, and marketing workflows.
- Identify emerging trends, current acquisition channels, and growth opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
- Robust hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, agencies, and vendors effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and measurable business outcomes.
