Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Chandigarh.

The Digital Content

Creator will develop and produce digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating graphics and short-form videos, writing engaging copy, and optimizing content for audience engagement and performance. The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, analyzing content metrics, and refining content based on data and feedback.

The Digital Content

Creator will also stay current with digital trends, platform updates,



and best practices to keep MAGNET WORK’s content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and adapt digital content (text, images, video) for social media, websites, and other online channels.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling capabilities with attention to clarity, tone, and brand voice.
- Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software).
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Comfort with content planning, scheduling, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital content or social media role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in current digital trends, social platforms, and emerging content formats (e.g., reels, short videos, interactive content).
