Role Description The Digital Content Creator will develop and execute content across social media, website, email, and other digital channels to tell the VAMA brand story and showcase collections. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, producing reel concepts, scripts, video editing, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.





The role also involves capturing and repurposing content from shoots or events, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance analytics to refine strategy.

The Digital Content

Creator will collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to translate product, service, and customer experiences into compelling, on-brand digital narratives.

Qualifications

- Ability to create explicit, engaging digital content, including social media posts, website copy, and campaign narratives.
- Basic understanding of video and image editing tools.
- Skills in planning and executing content calendars, aligning content with brand and marketing objectives.
- Experience with basic visual storytelling, working with designers or creators to develop cohesive multimedia content.
- Comfort with social media platforms, digital tools, and analytics to understand audience behavior and optimize content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a consistent brand voice.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
