Job Overview /n We are seeking an experienced crypto professional to help design and implement our digital asset infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in institutional crypto custody, trading operations, and crypto-backed lending. This role will advise on best practices, evaluate service providers, and oversee the implementation of secure, compliant, and efficient solutions. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Assess business requirements and recommend the most suitable digital asset custody solution (self-custody, qualified custodian, or hybrid).

/n

- Establish relationships with custodians, exchanges, OTC desks, prime brokers, and other relevant service providers.

/n

- Set up and optimize trading infrastructure, including VASP/exchange connectivity, execution workflows, settlement processes, and liquidity management.

/n

- Develop strategies for open-loop trading across multiple venues while managing operational and counterparty risks.

/n

- Identify, evaluate, and implement crypto-backed lending and borrowing solutions to improve capital efficiency.

/n

- Assess lending platforms, loan terms, collateral requirements, liquidation risks, and yield opportunities.

/n

- Create operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.

/n

- Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and technology teams during implementation.

/n

- Monitor market developments and recommend improvements to trading, custody,



and treasury strategies.

/n /n Required Qualifications /n /n

- 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital asset markets, or institutional blockchain finance.

/n

- Proven experience implementing institutional crypto custody solutions.

/n

- Strong understanding of wallet infrastructure, private key management, multisignature wallets, MPC technology, and cold/hot storage.

/n

- Experience with institutional trading platforms, OTC markets, and liquidity providers.

/n

- Hands-on experience with crypto lending, borrowing, collateral management, and yield strategies.

/n

- Knowledge of DeFi and CeFi lending ecosystems and their associated risks.

/n

- Robust understanding of blockchain networks, digital asset security, and transaction workflows.

/n

- Professional certifications in blockchain, finance, or cybersecurity are a plus.
