- Monitor server and switch hardware using vendor tools (HPE OneView, Dell Open Manage, etc.) - Open and manage support cases with hardware vendors, including hardware replacement when required - Plan and install OEM release updates for servers and switches in line with VWFS processes.
- Apply and report monthly security updates for AppService worker nodes via WSUS (outside working hours) - Maintain performance and availability workbooks for Azure Stack Hub - Deploy and maintain customer resources (VMs, KeyVaults, Log Analytics, Load Balancers, Scale Sets, etc.) - Manage annual certificate exchanges for platform and AppService providers

Must-Have:

- - 12 to 14 years of IT experience, with robust focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure Stack Hub,



App Services, PowerShell, ARM templates, monitoring, and automation - Experience working with hardware vendors (HPE, Dell) and managing hardware lifecycle. Strong understanding of L22, and high availability setups.
- Ability to work flexibly, including some planned weekend and out-of-hours activities - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must. Good-to-Have :
- - Microsoft Azure certification - German knowledge or prior experience working with German customers is a plus Role & responsibilities
