JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an experienced Process Excellence Lead for Supply Chain Management to own and govern global supply chain processes, drive standardization, continuous improvement, and sustained value realization across demand planning, S&OP;, inventory optimization, logistics network design, and warehousing.

The role will act as the functional process custodian for Supply Chain, translating business priorities into scalable process designs, partnering with IT COE and cross-functional teams to deliver design, build, UAT, training, adoption, KPI tracking, and post go-live stabilization. This role will report to General Manager – Process Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Custodianship & Governance

- Define, document, govern, and continuously improve standardized global Supply Chain processes, assuming process ownership post go-live.
- Act as the final single point of contact for design, documentation, and governance of Supply Chain process improvements and enhancements.
- Maintain L1–L5 process blueprints, RACIs, SOPs, and global standards; approve process and configuration changes to protect design integrity.
- Embed controls, compliance, and audit requirements into process design and ensure adherence to global process blueprints.

Supply Chain Process Design & Standardization

- Lead process design and standardization across Demand Planning, S&OP;, Inventory Optimization, Logistics Network, and Warehousing.
- Ensure end-to-end integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales, Master Data, and related digital platforms.
- Translate business problems into scalable process and control solutions, with clear functional requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Define KPIs, stabilization metrics, success criteria,



and benefit measures for Supply Chain process performance.

Continuous Improvement & Value Realization

- Identify, assess, prioritize, and own the Supply Chain continuous improvement portfolio with strong business cases and measurable benefits.
- Reduce process bottlenecks and operational friction in collaboration with business teams, IT COE, and adjacent functional process leads.
- Track post-implementation KPIs, benefits, adoption, and stabilization metrics to ensure sustained value realization.
- Convert recurring dependency on external support into internal capability and institutional knowledge.

End-to-End Implementation & Systems Integration

- Drive end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain process changes across Design, Build with IT COE, UAT, Training, Adoption, and Stabilization.
- Own and lead User Acceptance Testing to validate design consistency, functional integrity, controls, and business readiness.
- Partner with IT COE to translate requirements into IT designs and validate configuration changes, interfaces, data flows, and downstream impacts.
- Ensure process integration across SAP S/4HANA and relevant platforms such as planning tools, WMS, MES, PLM, and data & analytics platforms.

Change Management, Training & Adoption

- Create SOPs, process manuals, training content, and enablement materials for Supply Chain users across geographies and functions.
- Plan and deliver structured training and change communications to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Monitor adoption risks and drive corrective actions to ensure process stability and business continuity post implementation.

Stakeholder Governance, Risk & Issue Resolution

- Maintain a structured communication cadence with Supply Chain leadership, process owners, IT COE, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare governance updates,



decision notes, issue logs, risk summaries, and benefit tracking updates for leadership forums.
- Identify process, data, controls, and adoption risks early and drive mitigation actions with clear ownership and timelines.
- Facilitate timely decision-making across functions to avoid fragmented process changes and ensure enterprise-aligned outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Around 10–12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain process transformation, process excellence, ERP implementation, or global business process ownership roles.
- Deep functional understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including Demand Planning, S&OP;, Inventory Optimization, Logistics Network, Warehousing, master data, and cross-functional integration points.
- Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA and relevant digital platforms; exposure to planning, WMS, MES, PLM, and data & analytics platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of global process standards, operating model design, controls, audit compliance, and process governance models.
- Experience in developing L1–L5 process architectures, SOPs, RACIs, KPIs, process maps, and business cases for improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead large-scale process redesign across greenfield/brownfield transformation contexts, with solid analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently while driving cross-functional alignment and delivery discipline.

Role Specific Qualifications / Certifications

- Engineering, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent degree preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA functional exposure in Supply Chain / Logistics / Planning / Warehouse Management preferred.
- APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Waterfall project delivery, or equivalent process / supply chain certifications will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise process improvements, ERP-enabled transformation, and post-go-live stabilization in complex, multi-country environments.
