Responsibilities

- Lead and manage DevOps activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, preferably across AWS and/or Azure.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish and improve DevOps automation, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Manage source control and DevOps workflows using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization across infrastructure and applications.
- Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support reliable software delivery.
- Drive security, compliance, scalability, availability, and performance across DevOps environments.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
- Establish DevOps standards, best practices, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers and other technical team members.
- Support capacity planning, infrastructure optimization, and cost management.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD.
- AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Kubernetes and Docker.
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Ansible or similar configuration-management tools.
- Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong Linux administration.
- Git and source-control management.
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
- Scripting/programming experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Kubernetes certification such as CKA/CKAD.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience with security-focused DevOps / DevSecOps practices.
- Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
