We Are Hiring Harness Migration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with robust hands-on Harness CI/CD migration experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience migrating existing CI/CD pipelines from legacy platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bamboo to Harness.

Harness Migration experience is MANDATORY.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience migrating CI/CD pipelines to the Harness platform.

Please DO NOT share irrelevant profiles or profiles without Harness migration experience.

Generic DevOps experience without actual Harness migration/project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute CI/CD pipeline migrations to Harness from platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
- Assess existing CI/CD pipelines and define effective Harness migration strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable Harness pipelines and templates.




- Work closely with application development teams to understand existing deployment processes and modernize them using Harness.
- Configure and manage Harness delegates, input sets, secrets, approvals, governance, and integrations.
- Implement deployment best practices across cloud and containerized environments.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve CI/CD migration and deployment issues.
- Develop reusable standards and frameworks to improve CI/CD automation.
- Integrate security, quality, testing, and governance gates into deployment pipelines.
- Support CI/CD modernization across enterprise applications and cloud environments.

Required Technical Skills

Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD
- Proven experience migrating CI/CD pipelines to Harness
- Experience migrating from one or more platforms:

- Jenkins

- Azure DevOps

- GitHub Actions

- GitLab CI

- Bamboo

- Similar CI/CD platforms

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate will have: DevOps + Strong Harness Expertise + Hands-on Harness Migration Experience + CI/CD Modernization Experience
