Job Title: Senior DevOps / Security & Automation Engineer (or Platform Engineer / SDET)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Engineer to design, automate, and secure up-to-date infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role is ideal for a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SDET with deep expertise in Kubernetes, security practices, and production-level scripting. You must be comfortable identifying systemic problems, writing code to solve them, and troubleshooting issues across code, containers, networking, and infrastructure.

Mandatory Skill Set

- Languages & Automation: Production-quality coding/automation using Go or Python.
- Orchestration & Containerization: Hands-on Kubernetes experience and Docker containerization.
- Certifications: Kubernetes Certification (e.g., CKA, CKAD, or CKS).
- CI/CD: Experience building and maintaining pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- DevOps Security: Integration of security best practices, scanning, and controls within CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to debug and solve failures across code, containers, networking, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Automation & Scripting: Write production-quality code in Go or Python to build robust automation tooling,



system scripts, and pipeline extensions.
- Kubernetes & Containerization: Operate, manage, and troubleshoot containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- DevSecOps & Infrastructure: Integrate security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks directly into deployment workflows.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for fast, reliable releases.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex failures spanning application code, container runtimes, Kubernetes networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Relevant Designations: Open to candidates with backgrounds as DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or SDET.
- Transferable Domain Experience: Strong Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and troubleshooting experience from Cloud, SaaS, Storage, Infrastructure, or Distributed Systems environments.
- Mindset: Hands-on problem solver who can understand an infrastructure or deployment challenge, automate the solution, integrate it into a pipeline, and drive it to resolution
