Position: Destination Manager

Location: Tilak Nagar, Current Delhi

Experience: Minimum 5 Years – Study Abroad Experience Mandatory

Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the RoleIndo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Destination Manager with strong experience in the Study Abroad industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing destination operations, student counselling, admissions, business development, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert counselling to students regarding overseas education, universities, courses, and career opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end student admission and application process.
- Guide students on university selection, eligibility, documentation, and visa requirements.
- Manage and develop relationships with international universities and institutional partners.
- Drive student enrollments and achieve destination-specific business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support education counsellors to improve conversions and performance.
- Monitor applications, offers, deposits, and student enrollment processes.




- Stay updated with university requirements, admission policies, visa regulations, and market trends.
- Coordinate with admissions, visa, marketing, and other internal teams for smooth student processing.
- Develop strategies to increase student recruitment and strengthen the assigned destination.
- Maintain high standards of student service and ensure a positive student experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in student counselling and overseas admissions.
- Good knowledge of international universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Strong understanding of study visa procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development and achieving enrollment targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
