- Lead team of Design Engineering for ELCtrical/EV charging scope of works
- Engineering Design of Electrical scope:
- Development of site specific deliverables (Power, earthing, equipment layout)
- Cable sizing
- Transformer/ DG sizing
- Electrical equipment sizing
- Preparation, checking, review of site layouts
- Preparation of SLDs
- Design calculations
- Lighting and illumination
- Material technical inspections, Conducting FAT/ SAT at vendors/ manufacturers work
- Preparation of TBE for materials and services
- Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE
- Incorporate current developments in design and standards
- Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition
- Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements




- Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis
- Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE
- Incorporate new developments in design and standards
- Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition
- People development for enhanced capability & productivity
- Developing training modules and conduct training programs
- Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs
- Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE
- Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues.
- Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Asset management to enhance reliability & productivity
- Carry out root cause analysis of failures and provide optimum solutions to enhance reliability
- Maximize customer satisfaction (internal & external) and take corrective action on feedback
