Job Overview

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and manage day-to-day desktop, laptop, network, and user account-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support to end users.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, applications, printers, and peripherals.
- Create, modify, disable, and manage user email IDs and email accounts.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.
- Manage basic Active Directory user accounts, passwords, groups, and access permissions.
- Handle basic DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and shared network resources.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, patching, and antivirus support.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets/documentation.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11.
- Experience in Email ID creation and email configuration.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi networking.
- Experience with Outlook troubleshooting and configuration.
- Knowledge of hardware replacement and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience supporting corporate/enterprise users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 will be an added advantage.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

BE in IT or equivalent
