Role & responsibilities

- Manages the successful completion of the creative project and meets the deadlines

- Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time

- Help the teams to be self-organized and apply agile values and principles

- Participate in the development of creative work that is worth building case studies

- Incorporate recommended changes and review designs for errors before the final design and production

- Work collaboratively with colleagues an agency stake holder on a variety of design projects providing ideas, support and expertise when needed

- End-to-end management of designated accounts through a thorough understanding of the clients business, and by participation in creative development of communication.

- Manage phases of multiple projects at one time by working closely with the Creative Services Director on priorities

- Ensure systematic documentation & storage of client related data

- Keep current with design software and computer technologies to satisfy the job.

- Manages several designers and evaluates individual design deliverables alongside team performance, delivering critical feedback when necessary.

- Assist in the development and training of the design team

- Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.

- Ensure client service, consistent quality output, and meet the agreed Service Level Agreement and best practice guidelines

Preferred candidate profile





- 12+ years experience in people management and working with creative/ design studios/ Ad agencies/ production houses

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and solid graphic design skills

- Determine project scope including effective brief talking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timelines, define scope estimates for complex projects

- Should be experienced in various creative asset types

- Experience in managing multidisciplinary creative teams that handle high-volume requests

- Good verbal and written communication

- Confident and enthusiastic team player, adaptable can-do attitude and adaptable

- Excellent customer service approach: Provide the best solutions, effective communication and bua ild strong rapport with the team and client.

- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise projects

- Participation in team huddles, team wide initiatives, activities. Influence clients with the strong customer service

- Excellent project management and People Management skills

- Provide guidance to team members on how to improve their work

- Providing clients with regular progress updates on projects to keep them informed of progress

- Reviewing and approving design concepts created by designers to ensure that they meet the clients needs
