Luxelan is looking for an experienced and dynamic Design Head to lead our design function and drive the creative vision for high-end luxury interior projects.
? Experience: 8–12+ years in Interior Design
? Leadership: 3–5+ years in a managerial/leadership role
? Team Management: Experience managing 15–20 designers
? Project Experience: High-value residential/commercial projects with strong volume-handling capability
? Location: Pune | Travel to Mumbai & Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the design team
- Drive creative vision, design standards & processes
- Review concepts, layouts, working drawings & presentations
- Ensure timely delivery with quality and budget adherence
- Handle client interactions and design escalations
- Coordinate with execution, vendors and site teams
- Develop SOPs, standard libraries and efficient design processes
- Bring innovation, new materials and industry trends into projects
Key Skills: Robust design sensibility, leadership, client management, project management, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or similar), ERP/MIS and process orientation.
