- Responsible for managing programs from launch stage to SOP.
- Handle part development as per customer requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality teams for current product development.
- Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, and material selection.
- Ensure designs comply with manufacturing feasibility, technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and other relevant engineering documents.
- Develop prototypes and coordinate prototype/sample development.
- Responsible for the development and trials of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Coordinate between the production shop and engineering team for smooth product development.
- Monitor prototype/sample development and resolve technical issues during trials.
- Ensure critical parts undergo re-inspection before dispatch.
- Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturability, and development timelines.
